General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings and services made through the PAMOOX platform, including the website pamoox.ch and associated mobile applications. By placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. PAMOOX GmbH reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version applies at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be placed through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service. A booking becomes binding once you receive a written confirmation via email. The confirmation will include:

  • Date, time, and pickup location
  • Drop-off destination
  • Selected vehicle category
  • Total price including VAT
  • Booking reference number

Please verify all details in your confirmation email. Any corrections must be communicated to us at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the PAMOOX platform are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). The total price is calculated at the time of booking and confirmed in writing. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • TWINT
  • Bank transfer (for corporate accounts)
  • Invoice (for approved corporate clients only)

Additional charges may apply for waiting time exceeding the included allowance, route changes requested during the ride, tolls, parking fees, or other third-party costs incurred at the client's request.

4. Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation terms apply to all bookings:

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: Free cancellation, full refund.
  • Between 24 and 2 hours before pickup: 50% of the total fare will be charged.
  • Less than 2 hours before pickup or no-show: 100% of the total fare will be charged.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through the PAMOOX platform. The timestamp of receipt determines the applicable cancellation fee. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Service Scope

PAMOOX provides professional chauffeur and limousine services in Switzerland and select European destinations. Our service includes:

  • A professional, licensed chauffeur in business attire
  • Premium vehicle from the selected category (Business, First Class, or VAN)
  • Complimentary bottled water on board
  • Luggage assistance (standard luggage included in the fare)
  • Up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time for standard pickups
  • Up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for airport pickups (with flight tracking)
  • Meet & greet service at airports upon request

Vehicle availability is subject to fleet capacity. PAMOOX reserves the right to provide an equivalent or higher-category vehicle if the originally booked vehicle is unavailable.

6. Liability

PAMOOX's liability is limited to direct damages caused by proven negligence on our part. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions
  • Indirect or consequential damages, including missed flights or appointments
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles (though we will make reasonable efforts to recover them)

All vehicles are fully insured for passenger liability in accordance with Swiss law. Our liability is limited to the maximum amount covered by our professional liability insurance.

7. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law (nDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of PAMOOX services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
